Yuyang Liu’s project Swarming, Decking and Celebrating was selected for the “China Pulse” section of the 2025 (11th) Jimei x Arles International Photo Festival.
As one of Asia’s major annual events dedicated to lens-based art, Jimei x Arles is also the only long-term cultural exchange platform in China that collaborates with the renowned Rencontres d’Arles in France. This year, the festival will present 34 exhibitions featuring around 2,500 works from China, Brazil, the United States, Spain, the Netherlands, Mexico, Singapore, and other countries and regions, spanning photography, moving image, installation, and multimedia.
